Our Policy

During Covid-19 we are working hard to keep us and our customers safe. We are sanistising our workstations and wearing PPE so you can enjoy your wax melts and candles, worry-free.

When using our wax melts ensure you use a burner designed for wax melts. Place 1 unscented tealight into the burner. Do not leave the burner unattending and keep out of reach of children and animals. Do not overfill the burner with wax and be aware the wax will be hot. Do not eat.

Merchant Melts takes no responsibility for any damage caused by misusing our melts, wax burner or candles. Products are used at your own risk. Please melt wax responsibly.

Do not leave candle unattended. Burn out of reach of children and pets and do not burn near anything that can catch fire. Do not attempt to more the candle when it is lit, as the container will get hot. When first burning, burn for 2-3 hours to get an even melt pool. Do not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time. 

Delivery

Delivery is between 5-7 working days as all our products are hand-poured with love. All items have a basic 50p postage cost. Starter Bundles have free delivery. Candles have a delivery cost of £2.95. Free delivery on orders over £20, use code SHOP20
